SUMMARY:NVTC Brunton
DESCRIPTION:Northumberland Vintage Tractor Club – NVTC Brunton 20th October 2024\nClosing date for online entry forms is 15th September 2024\nOn tarmac at old Brunton Airfield\, Northumberland. \n\nThis is a well attended classic car show which is on the Sunday of this 2 day event. Be warned that given the time of year it can be weather dependant and when held it can be pretty blustery on the airfield so have appropriate clothing available. \nIt all started in the early 1970s. A small group of local farmers were sitting in the pub talking about old tractors and farming machinery that they had used in the past and how different it was to the present day. \nA lot of this old machinery at the end of its life\, was just left in the back of the barn or out of the way in the dark depths of the farm yard. It was decided after several more pints to dig out the old gear and restore it back to working order\, so\, over the next few months and when time permitted\, the tyres were pumped up and the old machines were brought out of retirement. \nThe use of a local field was obtained\, and the date set for what they all thought would be just a few people playing on their old tractors and machinery. However\, somehow word got out\, and quite a few people turned up to watch the events of the day. \nIt was around this time that the vintage movement\, as we know it today\, was starting to get off the ground\, and it was decided to hold a rally of our own and the Northumberland Vintage Tractor Club was born. It has grown over the years to become the success it is today. \nThis is an old favourite show with BVAC members. This Vintage Tractor Club Event now has a Vintage Auction (Saturday) Trade Stands\, Car Boot Sale\, Steam Engines\, and on the Sunday there are displays of Vintage and Classic Cars\, Commercial Vehicles\, Motor Bikes\, Tractors & Farm Machinery \n \n\n \n\n \n \n \n\n\n\n\nPlease enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form. This Entry Form is for BVAC Members attending the NVTC BruntonHow to use this form: Please complete the form below and then click on submit at the bottom to send in your entry. \n\nShow Stand Co-ordinator: \nPhilip Titley\n14 Quarrydene\nMelrose\nTD6 9SZ\n\nYour DetailsNB: All vehicles driven in the event must be roadworthy with valid insurance\, road tax and\, where appropriate\, MOT.BVAC MEMBERSHIP *Please enter your BVAC Membership NumberYour Name *FirstLastAddress *Address Line 1Address Line 2CityState / Province / RegionPostal CodeEmail *Telephone *Your VehicleMake *ModelYear *Reg. Plenty of time to enjoy the drive and our eventual destination where results will be calculated. \nMake a note of the date now – Saturday 24th August\, 2024. More details will be made available to members in the August Newsletter.

SUMMARY:NVTC Brunton
DESCRIPTION:Northumberland Vintage Tractor Club – NVTC Brunton\nClosing date for online entry forms is Friday 15 September 2023\nOn tarmac at old Brunton airfield\, Northumberland. \n\n This is a well attended classic car show which is on the Sunday of this 2 day event. \nIt all started in the early 1970s. A small group of local farmers were sitting in the pub talking about old tractors and farming machinery that they had used in the past and how different it was to the present day. \n A lot of this old machinery at the end of its life\, was just left in the back of the barn or out of the way in the dark depths of the farm yard. It was decided after several more pints to dig out the old gear and restore it back to working order\, so\, over the next few months and when time permitted\, the tyres were pumped up and the old machines were brought out of retirement. \n The use of a local field was obtained\, and the date set for what they all thought would be just a few people playing on their old tractors and machinery. However\, somehow word got out\, and quite a few people turned up to watch the events of the day. \n It was around this time that the vintage movement\, as we know it today\, was starting to get off the ground\, and it was decided to hold a rally of our own and the Northumberland Vintage Tractor Club was born. It has grown over the years to become the success it is today.\nThis is an old favourite show with BVAC members. This Vintage Tractor Club Event now has a Vintage Auction (Saturday) Trade Stands\, Car Boot Sale\, Steam Engines\, and on the Sunday there are displays of Vintage and Classic Cars\, Commercial Vehicles\, Motor Bikes\, Tractors & Farm Machinery \n\n \n \n\n \n \n\n  \n\nPlease enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form. This Entry Form is for BVAC Members attending the NVTC BruntonHow to use this form: Please complete the form below and then click on submit at the bottom to send in your entry. \n\nShow Stand Co-ordinator: \nDennis Fortune \nEdgewater\n146 Roxburgh Street\nKelso\nTD5 7DY\n\nYour DetailsNB: All vehicles driven in the event must be roadworthy with valid insurance\, road tax and\, where appropriate\, MOT.BVAC MEMBERSHIP *Please enter your BVAC Membership NumberYour Name *FirstLastAddress *Address Line 1Address Line 2CityState / Province / RegionPostal CodeEmail *Telephone *Your VehicleMake *ModelYear *Reg.
