DESCRIPTION:Closing date for forms 9th June 2026\nOur version of coffee and classics being held as there is no Thirlestane show this year. Members only with others by invitation of the club committee\, it is designed for us to have a chance for a good drive out\, meet up with club members and also members of other clubs that have supported Thirlestane. \nTea\, coffee and bacon rolls will be supplied by the Lavender Tearooms and served free of charge on the show field where there will be plenty of space for your car\, a covered seating area and toilets available. \nAll other catering can be obtained in Etal village. Please use the booking form to let me know you will be going. \nIt is a drive and arrive event where you can come along in your own time and leave when you want. SUMMARY:BVAC Breakfast Meet - All Welcome.
DESCRIPTION:BVAC meets informally on the second Sunday of every month throughout the year at Milestone Garden Centre\, Newtown St. Boswells. \nWe meet from 10am until midday or thereabouts and there is always a good number of Classics covering a wide variety of marques and ages.\nPerhaps you have come across the Club before\, maybe at our annual summer show at Thirlestane Castle or at one of the many Shows we attend as a Club during the season. Always thought of getting in touch but not done it yet? Our Breakfast meets are an ideal way of dropping in on us informally and having a chat. Everyone is welcome whatever you drive. Lots of people to offer advice or just be friendly with no obligation. \nSo why not join us on the second Sunday morning this month? \nWinter motoring? Not too many Classics about? Don’t you believe it! Lots of our members keep their cars and interesting modern Classics going throughout the year. Come and say hello. \nPlease park in the Loading Bay at the top end of the car park until full before taking up regular parking spaces.

DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMoffat Classic Car Rally – 28 June 2026\nCLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS 22ND MAY 2026 \nEntry Fee £5 per car paid to club bank account on completion of form.\n   \nApplications for the BVAC club stand at the Moffat car show held on Sunday 28th June should be made using the attached form. NOTE this year the organisers have imposed a fee per vehicle displayed of £5 which must be paid to our treasurer so that a total payment can be sent by the closing date. \nBVAC will be allocated club display space in the auto-jumble field which has no age limit on vehicles displayed\, making this show open to any of our members. This show has limited space so entries ASAP please. \n\n\n\n\nStarted in 1998\, by the Scottish Rootes Enthusiasts\, the Moffat car rally has grown to become one of the biggest 2 day classic car events in Scotland. Set in the beautiful Moffat hills\, the rally is an incredible place to both exhibit your cherished classic or vintage motor car and is a wonderful visitor experience. \nThe rally accommodates 900 entries some of which come hundreds of miles to participate. This 2 day event has a drive through the Moffat hills on the Saturday which is a glorious sight and Sunday is the main gathering in the Moffat showground\, with a large display of classic cars\, auto-jumble/trade stands and children’s entertainment. The Car Rally has been a fabulous connection with the town of Moffat.
