Bring your car club to Thirlestane. Register your club for a display area at the 2027 Festival.
Club displays are one of the highlights of the BVAC Classic, with clubs from across Scotland and the north of England bringing marque, model and themed displays to the castle parkland.
Vehicles of any age are welcome on club stands. We ask club organisers to make sure entries are well presented and of a quality that enhances the show.
Please don’t delay: club stand numbers may be restricted.
Register as your club’s organiser below, with your club details and any gazebo or camping needs.
The BVAC Secretary approves your organiser account and emails you as soon as you can start adding entries.
Log in whenever you like to add, change or remove your club’s members and vehicles until Sunday 11th April. Car details can still be updated until Sunday 25th April.
As club organiser, you’ll be asked to confirm that you will:
Clubs can request space for a gazebo or shelter and can tell us about any display theme on the form.
Register as your club’s organiser, or log in to manage your club’s members and vehicles.
