The 2024 BVAC Classic – Trade Exhibitors

The 2024 BVAC Classic – Scotland’s premier classic car show – will take place on Sunday 2nd June at Thirlestane Castle, situated in the heart of the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside, just 45 minutes south of Edinburgh.

We’re planning a fabulous day with displays of over 1,000 veteran, vintage and classic cars, live motorsport action, kid’s play area and activities, pipe band displays, stunt shows and of course, we want to welcome lots of lovely food, drink, retail and automotive traders to showcase your wonderful products at our event.

With anticipated visitor numbers of 10,000+, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your business to a large family audience.

1. Caterers, Coffee & Ice cream vans

The event will once again host an artisan food village as well as coffee and ice cream vans throughout the venue.

2. Retail, Food & Drink Marquee

The event will host a retail street with up to 17 food & drink vendors, and retailers (including arts & crafts) vendors. Each retailer will have a 3 x 3m space and trestle table (double 6x3m slots may be available upon request). The marquee does not have flooring. Select the option below:

3. Free Standing Trade / Motor Dealer

There will be a number of designated areas for free standing trade and motor dealers around the event. Pricing is on application for these areas, starting from £100, as stated in the handbook.

Confirm Acceptance

Please confirm upon acceptance you will be able to provide all relevant documentation within 14 days. (or your pitch may be given to another supplier).

You will also be sent an invoice to make a payment to secure your stand should you be successful. Payment will be required within 14 days.
