BVAC Ltd; Annual General Meeting

This is an important meeting in the annual cycle of events for the Club at which we conduct business (briefly) that enables us to function legally and in accordance with necessary regulations for the coming year.
It is usually well supported and all members are warmly encouraged to attend. Following official business there is the opportunity for members to raise and discuss matters in an ‘Open Forum’ discussion.
All members will receive official notification of the meeting with necessary documentation sent via email from the Club Secretary in good time before the event.
There are some important roles to be filled for the coming year as some long serving officers and Committee members are standing down. Members are urged to give due consideration to the notifications that the Club Secretary will send out to see in what ways they might help the Club.
