Newhailes House and Estate, located on the outskirts of Musselburgh, is owned by the Scottish National Trust and this Classic Car & Transport Show was first held last year during a pause in the then Covid restrictions. The show was a great success from the BVAC point of view, attracting almost 30 cars to our club display stand. It also attracted large crowds of visitors to the show, evident from some of the photographs shown here.

The event also hosted a series of market stalls and food outlets as well as catering for visitors with it’s on-site cafeteria, all located in the stables courtyard.

In addition visitors have the opportunity to take a guided tour of this historic Palladian Mansion House, which has been kept, as much as possible, in it’s original condition.
