Following the unveiling of plans for the 2023 BVAC Classic, we are delighted to announce that Thompson Quarries will be joining us as a sponsor for this year’s event on Sunday 18 June, at Thirlestane Castle.
The family run company, based in Dunbartonshire, have been stalwart members of the Scottish business community, providing reliable quarry and landfill services throughout Scotland for over 70 years.
Thompson Quarries were fantastic supporters of last year’s Sir Jackie Stewart Classic and we are very pleased that they will once again return to Thirlestane Castle to help make this year’s Festival of Motoring a success.
Commenting on the partnership, Andrew Thompson, Director at Thompson Quarries said:
“We are delighted to be supporting the BVAC Classic Festival of Motoring. This year’s event is shaping up to be better than ever and we’re proud to be associated with this wonderful celebration of classic motoring in the Borders.”
BVAC Chairman, Keith Watson, said:
“It’s fantastic to have Thompson Quarries on board as a sponsor. Whilst the BVAC Classic has a motoring focus, delivering a great family day out in the Scottish Borders, is really at the heart of what we do. It therefore seems fitting to be welcoming such a successful Scottish family run business, back on board to help us deliver a wonderful day out in June.”
